PGCL, 6th generation of polymer suture from Polyglycolic-co-caprolactone, Xfactor of polymerization, which is made from 75% Glycolide and 25% Caprolactone, can be hydrolyzed and fully absorbable. Superior flexibility gives PGCL lower suture twist, and its very high initial tensile strength preserves the fixation strongly during and after the treatment.
